Chalet Soleil sits a couple hundred meters above the valley floor in Les Nants, overlooking Les Praz in Chamonix, France. It features commanding views of the entire Mont Blanc range. The chalet offers 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are ensuite, the other is a bunk bed room. With 200 sq meters of space, rooms are generously-sized and the home feels bright and spacious. The main living space is 70 sq meter open-plan layout with kitchen, dining and living room that all open onto a wrap-around deck through 3 separate sliding glass doors. Downstairs, three bedrooms open directly onto a stone patio with a 7-seater Jacuzzi.

The chalet is newly built featuring the latest green technologies, including underfloor heating from geo-thermal and solar thermal sources, LED lighting and energy efficient Miele and Liebherr appliances. The chalet boasts a modern design, with clean lines, and a mix of white walls and locally sourced wood.

There is wifi, Sonos sound system, Apple TV, UK Freeview and French TV. It does not have a fireplace, as the owners have built the chalet for net-zero emissions living.

The chalet is a 15-minute walk to town along a lit walking and biking path by the river.
